Intent:

Caffeine Brothers Co. intends to set up a team of freelance sales agents for them to earn extra income vis-a-vis the goal of hitting the Company’s sales quota and shall be compensated through an initially set commission from each retail product or wholesale transaction. The scheme shall be called “Partners for CB.”

Guidelines:

• The partners must be fully aware that the scheme is not for regular employment. Therefore, there is no Employer-Employee Relationship.
• A sign-up form must be duly accomplished by the partner aspirant before the commission scheme starts.
• A virtual wallet / Coins.ph account is required for each partner to track the commission amount to be disbursed and will be used as the primary channel for disbursement. Other methods may be accepted upon the request of the partner.
• A unique “Partner Code” that can be used as promo code during a customer’s checkout only in the website shall be assigned by CB for each successful applicant.
• Commissions shall be disbursed every 5th of the current month. In addition, the partners can opt not to have the commissions disbursed in order to qualify for bigger incentives set by Caffeine Brothers Co. which will be communicated on a quarterly or yearly basis.
• Period for counting of commissions shall be from the 1st to the last day of the previous month.
• Incentives in Php will be determined by the brothers and will be set as a basis for higher commission eligibility.
• For every successful transaction, a standard commission depending on the actual weight of the product/s shall be due to the partner.
• Since there is no Employer-Employee relationship, the registered partners can opt out of the scheme anytime. Their Partner Code will be deactivated and any amount, commission, or incentive due to them will be released upon exit to the scheme.
