Arabica’s distinct characteristic is its bittersweet taste and its mesmerizingly floral aroma which all of us can easily recognize. Being the most widely consumed specialty coffee around the world, “Mountain Coffee” is always sought after by enthusiasts and by commercial institutions.

Great value for money though delivery could have been quicker.

    Good day to you all.

I found you on the internet and bought 2 kg Arabica medium roast coffee beans.

According to the bags the roasting was quite recent but I was very unpleasantly disappointed with the way it was ‘medium’ roast and with the taste of it.

It looked more like a mixture of barely roasted, a bit of medium roast and another bit of dark roast or almost burnt. And so it tasted! As if it’s a mixture of peanut juice with burnt coffee.

I’m sorry if that sounds very blunt, but that’s how I experienced it. I also needed to put a double amount of ground coffee to obtain any taste at all. Very disappointing.

I thought I found a trusted coffee bean ‘refuge’, but it turns out that for me it’s cheaper to drive to the nearest City with a Robinsons store (50 km away) and buy their beans, as it only requires a bit more than half of the coffee per cup and gives a much, much better taste.

I suggest you look for a better bean to use and to put some effort in a more homogenous roasting procedure. Maybe do some sorting of the bean sizes and mix better during roasting?

I hope my feedback does not offend you but unless in the future you will find a way to produce (and maybe purchase in the first place) a better bean, and are able to notify me about it, don’t count on my patronage anymore.

Sorry for the message but do have a good day.
