I don’t have a grinder at home. Is there an additional charge for grinding my coffee beans?
Nope, Caffeine Brothers grinds your coffee beans for FREE. Should there be any preference on the grind type (Coarse, Medium, Fine, etc.), please let us know.

Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. We are excited to fulfill the coffee needs of your Company and to start a fruitful business relationship with you. Simply fill out our contact form and the brothers will reach out to you the soonest.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Normal delivery days for orders within Metro Manila takes a minimum of 3 days only, while at least 7 days for provincial delivery excluding Sunday and National Holidays.

Do you accept rush orders?
Rush orders are applicable for Metro Manila retail customers as of the moment.

Our same-day-delivery for confirmed orders cutoff is at 12 PM. Please expect your products on the following day if the order is confirmed after 12 PM.

For wholesale customers, we recommend placing your orders at least 3 business days before the expected date of arrival to avoid inconvenience.

Is the shipping fee included?
A separate fee of Php 100 for Metro Manila customers and Php 180 for provincial deliveries per checkout is charged as part of the Shipping Fee.

Do you ship outside Metro Manila?
Yes. We can ship orders nationwide.

What are your modes of payment?
We accept payments through Cash-on-Delivery, Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Deposit, and Bank Transfer.

Who are your shipping partners?
Currently, Caffeine Brothers partners with third-party logistics providers and app-based courier services nationwide for our coffee to reach your doorstep at the soonest possible time.

Can I pick-up my orders at your store?
We don’t have a physical store yet, but yes you can! The pickup location is in Manila. Send us a message so we can give you directions. See you!
