5.1. Shipping: We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping fees, delivery options and estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

5.2. Delivery Inspection: Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the products for any damage or defects. Notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept claims for damaged, wrong, missing or defective items reported within 7 days of delivery, and offer a replacement or a refund for the affected items. Because coffee is perishable, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
