Wholesale Coffee Bean Prices in the Philippines: A 2026 Buyer’s Benchmark

Wholesale coffee bean prices are only useful when the coffee, order quantity and purchase terms are clear. This 2026 buyer’s benchmark records selected public offers checked on September 21, 2026, with prices converted to Philippine pesos per kilogram where necessary.

This is a small, transparent snapshot of five products from two suppliers, not a national average or a ranking of coffee quality. Caffeine Brothers is both the publisher and one of the suppliers included. The other supplier is Agross Agri Trading. No negotiated quotations, purchases or blind tastings were conducted for this article.

Wholesale coffee bean prices: September 2026 snapshot

All listed products are roasted coffee. The table preserves each source’s tax basis. A per-kilogram figure does not mean that a supplier will sell that product in a one-kilogram order.

Agross states that 12% VAT is added at checkout and that mixed blends can qualify for its 50 kg tier. Its standard pack is 1 kg. Delivery outside Metro Cebu is quoted separately, with a stated typical courier window of 3–7 business days. Reconfirm terms before ordering.

Caffeine Brothers identifies the Arabica as 100% Arabica from Benguet and the barako as Liberica from Batangas. The barako page notes that wholesale packaging differs from retail. Confirm tax treatment, shipping, availability and delivery timing for your address before payment.

How we compare wholesale coffee bean prices

We selected public supplier pages that identify a roasted coffee product, price and purchase quantity. We checked the live Agross pricing page and both Caffeine Brothers product pages on the collection date. This convenience sample does not represent every roaster, region, quality grade or contract size in the Philippines.

For the 10 kg products, the conversion is simply pack price divided by ten: ₱9,500 ÷ 10 = ₱950/kg; ₱7,600 ÷ 10 = ₱760/kg. We did not interpret a crossed-out original price as the current selling price. We did not infer discounts for quantities a source did not specify.

Tax treatment remains a comparison limit. An explicitly VAT-exclusive offer should not be ranked against a price whose tax basis is unspecified. Ask both suppliers for an itemized quotation on the same basis. Shipping, packaging changes and payment fees can also affect the amount you pay.

The sample includes Robusta, an Arabica–Robusta blend, Arabica and Liberica. It contains no verified Excelsa offer, so no Excelsa benchmark is supplied. Differences between species, roast levels and origins mean these are purchasing references, not interchangeable coffees.

Compare wholesale coffee bean prices using landed cost

Landed cash cost per kg = (product subtotal + tax charged + delivery + other order charges − discounts) ÷ kilograms received.

Keep every quote on the same cash-payment basis for this comparison. If your accounting treats recoverable tax separately, keep that calculation separate from the cash required to pay the supplier. Do not add tax again when a quote already includes it.

The purpose is to show why a headline ₱800/kg becomes a different purchasing figure after charges. Replace every assumption with the amounts on your quotation. Wholesale coffee bean prices should travel with those terms whenever you compare them.

Translate wholesale coffee bean prices into recipe cost

A kilogram price is only one part of beverage costing. At an illustrative landed cost of ₱926/kg, an 18 g recipe uses ₱16.668 of beans before waste. If 5% of total beans consumed are lost, the allocation becomes ₱926 × 18 ÷ (1,000 × 0.95) = ₱17.55 per served drink, rounded.

Before choosing a larger order tier, estimate how much coffee you will actually use. The beans-per-month calculator helps organize daily drink counts and doses. A lower unit price is less useful if the extra stock exceeds your turnover or storage plan.

Five checks before accepting wholesale coffee bean prices

1. Specify the product: species or blend, origin, roast level and whether the price covers whole beans or grinding.
2. Confirm the quantity: minimum order, pack size and whether a volume tier can combine products.
3. Request the full total: taxes, delivery, packaging and any payment charges.
4. Agree on timing: roast date, dispatch date, expected arrival and what happens if a lot is unavailable.
5. Test your recipe: compare samples at the dose and beverage format you intend to sell.

Is the cheapest kilogram the best buy?

Not necessarily. Compare the finished drink, usable yield, delivery reliability and total order cost. This article has not tested the coffees and makes no quality ranking.
